I came across this interesting speculation on the possibility that BEA Systems might be purchased by HP.

This sounds pretty logical to me and since HP bought Systinet earlier and BEA uses Systinet for SOA Governance.

Also the SOA market is pretty competitive, and BEA is losing market share to IBM and Oracle....


Beginning to revisit BEA.
